Our experience on HS2 Phase 1 meant that we could anticipate, avoid and mitigate key stakeholder and landowner related risks.
In addition our deep understanding of the HS2 Act of Parliament Land and Property processes helped facilitate the rapid progress of the land acquisition programme.
HS2 Ltd has tasked us with an ambitious programme of land possession in a short time for the Phase 2a section of HS2. We asked Queenswood to assist us in this effort because of their reputation established on Phase 1 of the project and their ability to mobilise quickly. They have been a safe pair of hands managing a complicated piece of work in a challenging stakeholder environment whilst also protecting our interests.
