Value added
We improved relations with several key stakeholders and developed stakeholder engagement plans for the early stages of the project.
Latterly we took on scheme sponsorship responsibility for the Northern section of the proposed Crossrail 2 route, leading a multi-disciplinary team through optioneering and the development of proposals and managing key external interfaces.
