Raj recently joined the Queenswood family and started his journey on the Phase 2a of the HS2 project, delivering stakeholder and community engagement, specialising in the compulsory purchase of land acquisition process and project management for Balfour Beatty.Acting as a conduit between landowners, agricultural officers, rural estate agents and the contractor, he strives to ensure compliance and transparency throughout the process and drives forward the project ensuring the needs and expectations of all parties are met.Having spent 30 years as a nationwide Detective, Raj dealt with a number of high-profile cases as well as all aspects Major Serious and organised crime. Raj has all the communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, and project management competencies required to fulfil his role within the team.
