Katy Davis

Katy has worked within the construction industry for 20 years, and currently works as an Engagement Specialist for HS2 phase 1. Her ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and relate to all stakeholders at all levels, puts her in a position where she can powerfully calm and influence situations that lead to obtaining the desired outcome. Her construction experience proves invaluable when liaising with site teams as her previous roles include Plant and Logistics Manager in reputable companies. Growing up with 5 brothers and 3 sisters has put Katy in good stead when tackling conflict, people management and accountability.
