Jason Pacey

Jason is our Project Director with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering engagement, consultation and communications strategies across some of the UK’s largest and most significant infrastructure projects. Having worked across TCPA, DCO and Hybrid Bill consenting routes, he has led teams from early consultation through to construction and commissioning, helping projects build trust, manage risk and maintain stakeholder confidence throughout periods of change.
Prior to joining Queenswood, Jason led community and stakeholder engagement for HS2 Phase 2a. A dynamic and diplomatic leader, he has extensive experience working with community groups, local authorities, businesses, consenting bodies and MPs, building strong relationships and delivering engagement programmes in complex and often politically sensitive environments.
