Glenn Tobin

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Glenn oversees and develops community and stakeholder engagement strategies for high profile and sometimes contentious infrastructure projects. His experience at both planning and delivery stages of projects gives him a keen understanding of what could impact construction – whether it’s round the corner or years down the line.

Glenn’s impressive portfolio includes TfL’s Cycle Superhighways rollout, Crossrail 2, Crossrail, High Speed 2, and Heathrow Airports expansion team on their proposals for a third runway. He also previously served as an Officer in the Metropolitan Police service where he focused heavily on Community Policing.
