Eleanor Paton

Eleanor brought her experience in stakeholder management to Queenswood in 2022 and began managing a project on behalf of Kier Construction on the HS2 project, delivering specialist ecology surveys.

Due to her commitment to making sure everyone gets fair representation if a project concerns them, Eleanor has transformed the way we engage with future candidates, developing opportunities for groups not previously reached by traditional means.

Previously to this, she served as a Police Sergeant, where she specialised in Hostage/Crisis negotiation. She dealt with incidents ranging from suicide intervention to kidnaps, developing strategy and informing future tactics, so you can easily see why we’re proud to have her on the team.
